The society’s membership has always been quite small, at around 100 members, but it has always been a friendly and active society.〔 The membership secretary of the society is currently Peter Douglas-Jones.The society also has a chairman, secretary, and treasurer. There are also two recorders of bird sightings, one for west Glamorgan and another for east Glamorgan.〔
